In 2006, when our children were still small, we decided to move to Mexico. We literally loaded up the minivan and made the drive all the way to Mexico City, not knowing how long we’d live there or how it would work out. We ended up staying more than 7 years. During that time, we traveled all over the country, by plane, by boat, and sometimes in the minivan. We’ve been from the “frontera” with the U.S. down to Chiapas and the Guatemalan border, and from the sunshine of Cabo to the port island of Cozumel, while visiting many places in between.

It’s been several years since we moved back to the U.S., and while we still love Mexico, we’ve had the opportunity to travel many places throughout the globe, so we decided to expand the original Mexico Revealed podcast to now be Globe Revealed to share all of our travel experiences with other families. Maybe you’ve spent some time living or traveling in different parts of the globe like us. Or maybe you’re considering a trip someplace new.
